1.2 ፤ የሶማልያ ፡ ሕዝባዊ ፡ መንግሥትም ፡ በሀገሩ ፡ እግዚእና ፡ እና ፡ በብሔራዊ ፡ ሙሉነቱ ፡ መከበር ፡ ረገድ ፡ ያለ፟ውን ፡ ሥጋት ፡ ይረ፟ዳ፟ለ፟ታል ፤ 

1.3 ፤ የሶማሊላንድ ፡ ተገንጣይ ፡ ሕዝባዊ ፡ መንግሥትንም ፡ በሐራ ፡ መንግሥትነት ፡ የመታወቅ ፡ ጽኑ ፡ ፍላጎትን ፡ ይረ፟ዳ፟ለ፟ታል ። 

ኾኖም ፥ በጣር ፡ ላይ ፡ የሚገኘው ፡ የኢ.ፌ.ዴ.ሪ. ፡ የውንብድና ፡ ቅሬታ ፡ ይዘት ፥ ታኅሣሥ ፡ 22 ፡ ቀን ፡ 2016 ፡ ዓ.ም. ፡ ከሶማሊላንድ ፡ ተገንጣይ ፡ ሕዝባዊ ፡ መንግሥት ፡ ጋራ ፡ በዐዲስ ፡ አበባ ፡ ከተማ ፡ የተፈራረመው – ዝርዝሩ ፡ በይፋ ፡ ያልተነገረ – "የባሕር ፡ በር ፡ መግባቢያ ፡ ሰነድ" ፥ ሕጋዊነት ፡ የሌለው ፡ ድርጊያ ፡ ነው ፡ ሲል ፡ ኢ.ሀ.ሥ.አ. ፡ በጥብቅ ፡ ይቃወመዋል ። 

ከዚህ ፡ ጋራ ፥ ስምምነቱ፦

2.1 ፤ ኢትዮጵያ ፥ ወደ ፡ ፊት ፥ በሕጋዊ ፡ መንገድ ፡ ልታገኛቸው ፡ እና ፡ በሰላም ፡ ልታስከብራቸው ፡ የምትሻውን ፡ ተገቢዎች ፡ ተስፋዎቿን ፡ እና ፡ መሠረታውያን ፡ ጥቅሞቿን ፡ ለዘለቄታው ፡ ሊጨነጕል ፡ የቃጣ ፤ 

2.2 ፤ የአፍሪቃ ፡ ቀንድ ፡ ቀጣናን ፡ ለከፋ፟ ፡ ትርምስ ፡ የሚዳርግ ፤ 

2.3 ፤ የዐረብ ፡ ዕባራ ፡ ሀገሮችን ፥ ከፍልስጥኤሙ ፡ ሥጉያ ፡ ፊታቸውን ፡ በመመለ፟ስ ፥ ወደኢትዮጵያው ፡ ሥጉያ ፡ እንዲያዞሩት ፡ የሚጋብዝ ፤ 

2.4 ፤ የኢ.ፌ.ዴ.ሪ. ፡ የውንብድና ፡ ቅሬታ ፡ ይዘትም ፥ ቀድሞውኑ ፡ በምልክዮሽ ፡ ኀይሎች ፡ ሲቋቋም ፥ የተፈጠረለትን ፡ ኢትዮጵያን ፡ የመበታተን ፡ ኺደት ፡ በስውር ፡ ለማስዠመር ፡ የሚያስችለው ፡

ጥንታውያን ፡ የኢትዮጵያ ፡ ክፍሎች ፡ የነበሩት ፡ የሶማልያ ፣ የሶማሊላንድ ፣ የጂቡቲ ፡ እና ፡ የኤርትራ ፡ ( የባሕር ፡ ምድር ፡ እና ፡ የደንከል ) ፡ ግዛቶች ፡ ከኢትዮጵያ ፡ የተገነጠሉት ፡ ባ19ኛው ፡ ምእትያ ፡ እና ፡ በ20ኛው ፡ ምእትያ ፡ በምዕራባዊው ፡ ምልክዮሽ ፡ የወረራ ፡ ጦርነቶች ፡ እና ፡ የስያሳ ፡ ዘመቻዎች ፡ ምክንያት ፡ መኾኑ ፡ ይታወሳል ። 

ከጠቅላላው ፡ የአፍሪቃ ፡ መዋሐድ ፡ አንጻር ፡ ሲታይ ፥ እነዚህን ፡ ግዛቶች ፡ ከኢትዮጵያ ፡ ጋራ ፡ የሚያስተሳስሩ ፡ ጠንካራዎች ፡ እና ፡ የማይበጠሱ ፡ ጥንታውያን ፡ ግንኙነቶች ፡ መኖራቸው ፥ በሰላማዊ ፣ በሥልጡንሕዝባዊ ፡ እና ፡ በሕጋዊ ፡ መንገድ ፡ ከኢትዮጵያ ፡ ጋራ ፡ ዳግመኛ ፡ የመዋሐዳቸውን ፡ ዕድል ፡ ከመቼውም ፡ የበለጠ ፡ ዛሬ ፡ ከፍ ፡ ያደርጉታል ። 

የሶማልያ ፡ እና ፡ የሶማሊላንድ ፡ መንግሥታት ፥ እንዲሁም ፡ ደጋፊዎቻቸው፦ 

3.1 ፤ ከተስፋ-ቢሱ ፡ የመንደር ፡ ገነ፟ን ፡ ዐቢይ ፡ አሕመድ ፡ የውንብድና ፡ አገዛዝ ፡ ጋራ ፡ የሚፈጸም ፡ ማንኛውም ፡ ዐይነት ፡ ስምምነት ፡ ሕጋዊነት ፡ የሌለው ፡ መኾኑን ፡ እንዲረ፟ዱ፟ ፤

(English translation of the Amharic original)

Ethiopia shall in future 
reclaim lawfully those seashores lost in the past unlawfully

London, 12th January 2024 A.D.

The Ethiopians' Citizen Democratic Union (E.C.D.U.) 

1.1) reaffirms Ethiopia's rightful claim to direct access to the sea, along her historical seashores; 

1.2) is sensitive to the concerns of the government of the Republic of Somalia regarding the respect of their country's sovereignty and territorial integrity; 

1.3) understands the breakaway Republic of Somaliland's eagerness to achieve independent statehood.

However, the Ethiopians' Citizen Democratic Union (E.C.D.U.) strongly opposes the so-called "Memorandum of Understanding" – the details of which have not been revealed – that the agonising F.D.R.E. outlaw remnant-régime in Ethiopia has signed with the breakaway Republic of Somaliland, on the 1st of January 2024, in Addis Abeba, qualifying it as an unlawful act. 

The Ethiopians' Citizen Democratic Union (E.C.D.U.) further condemns firmly the agreement as an act of national treason, on the part of the F.D.R.E. régime, in that : 

2.1) it attempts to permanently hinder the legitimate aspirations and fundamental interests that Ethiopia is aiming to lawfully achieve and peaceably enforce in future;

2.2) It drives the Horn of Africa region to worsening upheavals;

2.3) it lures the attention of the Arab League countries away from the butchery of Palestine, and towards the butchery of Ethiopia;

2.4) marks the F.D.R.E. outlaw remnant-régime's disguised commencement of the process of breaking up Ethiopia : an ultimate and sinister purpose for which the régime had been established in the first place by the forces of imperialism.

Somalia, Somaliland, Djibouti and Eritrea ( Bahr Mdr / ባሕር ፡ ምድር and Denkel / ደንከል ) historically were an integral part of Ethiopia, having since been separated from her by the repeated military onslaughts and political assaults of Western imperialism in the 19th and 20th centuries. 

In the wider perspective of African integration, the lawful and democratic reunification of these countries with Ethiopia, with which they already share strong and unbreakable historical bonds, appears more likely than ever before.

The Ethiopians' Citizen Democratic Union (E.C.D.U.) further appeals to the governments of Somalia and Somaliland, as well as their respective allies : 

3.1) to recognise the fact that any agreement signed with the sinking régime of dictator Abiy Ahmed is unlawful;

3.2) to refrain from any bellicose actions that will undermine the peace in the region; 

3.3) and to patiently await the ultimate victory of the Ethiopian people in the struggle they have rekindled to regain their sovereignty and establish a new democratic State of Right on the basis of a new Constitution.

If all parties strictly observe this cautious stance, the future of the Horn of Africa will be bright indeed፨

À l'avenir, l'Éthiopie recouvrera légalement 
ses côtes maritimes perdues illégalement par le passé

L'Union Citoyenne Démocratique des Éthiopiens (U.C.D.E.) :

1.1) réaffirme les revendications légitimes de l'Éthiopie à un accès direct à la mer le long des côtes qui sont historiquement les siennes ;

1.2) est sensible aux préoccupations du gouvernement de la République de Somalie concernant le respect de sa souveraineté et de son intégrité territoriale ;

1.3) comprend le vif désir du gouvernement de la République séparatiste du Somaliland d'accéder au statut d'état indépendant.

Néanmoins, l'Union Citoyenne Démocratique des Éthiopiens (U.C.D.E.) s'oppose vigoureusement au soi-disant "Accord Préalable" – dont les détails restent inconnus – signé entre le régime éthiopien résiduaire illégitime R.F.D.E. agonisant, et la République séparatiste du Somaliland, le 1er janvier 2024 à Addis Abeba, en le qualifiant d'illégal. 

En outre, l'Union Citoyenne Démocratique des Éthiopiens (U.C.D.E.) condamne fermement cet accord comme constituant un acte de trahison nationale de la part du régime R.F.D.E. dans la mesure où : 

2.1) il tente d'obstruer de manière permanente les aspirations et les intérêts fondamentaux légitimes que l'Éthiopie souhaite réaliser légalement et faire respecter pacifiquement à l'avenir ;

2.2) il conduit toute la région de la Corne de l'Afrique vers de graves bouleversements ; 

2.3) il semble détourner de la boucherie de la Palestine vers la boucherie de l’Éthiopie l'attention des pays membres de la Ligue Arabe ;

2.4) il marque le commencement déguisé du processus de démembrement de l’Éthiopie par le régime résiduaire illégitime R.F.D.E. : un ultime et sinistre but pour lequel le régime a été établi dés le début par les forces de l'impérialisme. 

La Somalie, le Somaliland, Djibouti, et l’Érythrée ( le Bahr Mdr / ባሕር ፡ ምድር et le Denkel / ደንከል ) forment des entités historiquement parties intégrantes de l’Éthiopie, séparées d'elle suite aux attaques militaires et aux campagnes politiques de l'impérialisme occidental au cours des 19ième et 20ième siècles. 

Dans la perspective plus large de l'intégration africaine, la réunification pacifique, démocratique et légale, de ces pays à l’Éthiopie, avec laquelle ils partagent déjà des liens historiques forts et incassables, est plus que jamais probable.

L'Union Citoyenne Démocratique des Éthiopiens (U.C.D.E.) lance son appel aux gouvernements de la Somalie et du Somaliland afin qu'ils :

3.1) reconnaissent le fait que tout accord signé avec le régime en perdition du dictateur Abiy Ahmed est illégal ; 

3.2) évitent toute action belliqueuse pouvant porter atteinte à la paix dans la région ; 

3.3) attendent patiemment l'ultime victoire du peuple éthiopien dans la lutte qu'il vient de rallumer afin de recouvrer sa souveraineté et d'établir sur la base d'une nouvelle Constitution son État de Droit démocratique.

Si toutes les parties respectent et maintiennent cette attitude prudente, alors l'avenir de la Corne de l'Afrique sera véritablement prometteur፨
